Orders
Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of the order date, excluding weekends & holidays. If there is a delay in processing your order you will receive notification within 24 hours of placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery
Lost Bird Found is not responsible for service transit time. Delivery times are provided by the carrier (USPS or UPS) and may vary with package origin and destination, especially during peak periods. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please email us at lostbirdfound@gmail.com or call us at (347) 556-4660.

Shipping Fees
Lost Bird Found ships to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii for a flat rate of $10. For express shipping options and rates email us.

International Shipping
We will consider shipping internationally on a case-by-case basis. E-mail us at lostbirdfound@gmail.com or call us at (347) 556-4660 or to inquire about international shipping rates. We use PayPal for all international orders. Shipping internationally may take additional time and we cannot be held responsible for products lost or damaged by international mail.

Forms of Payment?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Sorry but we do not accept cash, checks, money orders or CODs.

Sales Tax?
Tax has already been factored into the cost of each item. Orders will not incur any additional taxes at the time of purchase.

Items Purchased as Gifts?
We do not currently offer any gift-wrapping options. However, please let us know if an item is a gift and we will include a hand written note with your package.

Returns & Exchanges
As a small business we cannot offer refunds on returned items. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will gladly exchange an item with an additional shipping cost. Contact us at lostbirdfound@gmail.com if you need to make an exchange.
